I've been gone a while, but never forgot this place and all my good friends here. I just found a bit of hope so I wanted to share with you. It's in the BBC web pages under Health. Here's a link:

I hope all is wonderful where you are. Just had my house painted and a carport built, so I'm feeling pretty good about that. A lot has been happening since we last messaged and none of it has threatened my faith. My bikes in the shop getting the forks redone, so I hope to be 2-wheelin' again real soon. The weather in Florida has been amazing... started to get a bit cold and then the sun came out and warmed us up again. Cool but sunny out right now.
Anyone want to friend me on facebook I already have a few of you there to chat with and keep up and share pics with. Since becoming undetectable a few years back it became necessary for me to push on and that meant getting in here less. I miss you guys a lot, and keep you all in my prayers. God bless our new year and make it the best one yet by blessing each one of us with healing and prosperity, and our nations leaders with a cleaner conscience.
Joris

Hey Dude,
Wondering how you been feeling since recovering from treatment?
Did your energy come back to a higher level than it was when you were 'detectable?'

Hey man, yes, but gradually, and not entirely. I think you go through a long period of adjustment, where your body is trying to recover from the shock of treatment. So the best thing to do is keep positive (attitude), assure that your diet is not too high in fats, sugar, and hydrogenated oils, and eliminate as many bad foods and drinks as possible. But I cheat now and then and eat a pizza or like coffee icecream, but I'm trying to eliminate ALL threats, so those have to go... for good.
I just really tried to do the common sense thing, let it become a part of my stride, so I don't stay hyper-focused on it. Coming in here as much as I once did, I think, added to my tension. Thats why I faded into the background when I did. Something was telling me to move on, because just being addicted to a web page became stressful, if just a bit. I had to free myself of hep c mentally, and focus on living. I don't recommend everyone bail out of here, I'm just saying this place was a Godsend for me, while it was needed. It helped me get back up. Once I was up, I stayed here because of the feeling of belonging I experienced here, and for a seemingly limitless support. I loved that. But I needed to shake it off and live. It does you good to be able to put all this behind you and just live. It's a necessity to be able to move on, to feel as if you've made it. And then embrace healthy living.
I can't thank Glen enough for this place. In the time I was a daily member, it held me up, it opened my eyes, and drew good things out of me that helped me get centered on an image of victory. It was key in my success. I highly recommend this place to everyone I meet who has Hep C or has a friend or family member with it.
Hope you're doing good, brother.

Hi Jazz, yeah, staying away from one. The other still works, so it's just going to be around as needed. Hope you're doing well and staying warm! Don't embrace the suffering, just embrace a vision where you see the image of you in perfect health. It largely comes down to what we embrace that guides us to our destiny, and down a darkened hole, or upward and into the light of one whole, healthy body. Embrace wholeness and good health, discard the rest! Love you guys!
