Hello every one and welcome anyone that is new to this, new way of life as we have it. Shawn got his lab work yesteday... We met for lunch, WONDERFUL NEWS, All the things he has been doing to combat this have been working. The proper foods, small meals, lots of bottled water, exesise. He still isnt getting enough sleep. We take turns cooking, sometimes he can make it seem so hard, in his own mind, because he comments that our diets are so differant. I'm doing the no carb thing and in order for each of us to succeed there has be change, a mind set, a new way of thinking, for him it is about getting healthy and i'd like to lose a few inches. Sooo as a result, we have each done well in the past few months his blood work came back within every thing at normal range. And Ive gone from a 14 to a 10. When it seems that we dont do enough we really do. Yesterday I choose to mow the back yard, because that s my dogs space, plus it is huge and he sholudnt have to do it. I know that I dont always do enough, wheither it be getting together for our privite time or just general around the house stuff. Mon thur Fri, I go to a noon meeting. THAT is my meds for the day. Some times that is not enough, so I study my BB, with tapes. There are times when " If I don't eat fresh crow, when I make a mistake, its better to make things right , right away, beause it is a betterthan drinking OLD CROW " That's what I will be eating for breakfast. everything I dont do is always thrown back in my face. doing enough, is sometimes not enough in or eyes or in his eyes............ I hope everyone has a blessed day and off to the shower I go...
