Go the extra mile!

I dont know if this is a localized problem but we have auto inspection yearly and it amazes me to see that 3/4 of the vehicles on the road have "broken" turn signals. We also have a lot of drivers who must be the 1st in line and zip in and out only to end up next to you. What about the ones who just have to be in the left lane all the time until they are 25 feet from wanting to turn at the next right? Oh we also have alot of really  really short drivers here that cant seem to see above the steering wheel, have they never heard of seat adjustments? And so many of them are so deaf they have to play the stereo so loud your car vibrates.
The worst one for me to see is a beautiful 4x4 caddie or hum v with those wee low profile tires.....why bother getting a 4x4, yah cant use it now off roading.Does any one else have a problem w/these things in thier town???
