Well, I like the approach I have taken with all this.  This guy says, let's just gauge everything by years, or groups of tests, and of course not base anything on just one test.
He's also very big on eating fruits and veggies of all colors, since that is where the vitamins show up anyway.  I cant say that is bad advice.
We decided to leave me on the Liver Guard, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Resveratrol (which is an anti-oxidant) and Turmeric (which I think is better than Resveratrol, but that's just me.) I'm price shopping now, because so far his stuff is a tad higher than another local store (and I havent tried mail order.) The next order of business will be to try to get a three month blood test out of the Rheumatologist appointment Oct 1.
Hopefully some of this is going to pay off in the years ahead.
