Arnie: I
think you are being teased a little by the above two posts. Maybe they don't understand why you would come to a Hepatitis support board to ask where to buy cigarettes. Because many of us are trying to improve our health, not further injure it, there are almost certainly better places to ask or search for cigarette buying information.
However.....since you asked, you can get smokes from this site....and many others, I'm sure.

The kocktail of additives that make the "ideal" cigarette [Source: Independent - London].
B&W NewsReal
The ingredients of a top-selling cigarette are as closely guarded as the recipe for Coca-Cola. Few people know exactly what they are smoking.
Cigarettes contain hundreds of extra substances mixed in with the tobacco, with rival manufacturers devising their own distinctive blends. There are products to ensure that they burn smoothly, for example, that they taste better or deliver more powerful nicotine "rush".
Under an agreement struck between manufacturers and the Conservative government in 1997 there are 600 permitted additives, some of them extraordinary. They include arsenic, ammonia, and chemicals used to make weed killer, car batteries, ant poison, paint stripper, lighter fuel and mothballs.
Not only are many of these substances poisons in their own right, there is an additional danger from the by-products of lighting up.
Tobacco companies engineer high addiction cigarettes with additives.
ASH London
Clive Bates, co-author of the report and Director of ASH, said: "We have uncovered a scandal in which tobacco companies deliberately use additives to make their bad products even worse. Without telling anyone, they have been free-basing nicotine and engineering subtle changes to the brain chemistry of the smoker. The idea of taking an addictive product and making it more addictive is extremely disturbing. It is basically a further invasion of the freedom not to smoke, if you don't want to."
