Starting Treatment any suggestions

I hope someone can tell me how you or your spouse felt when they first started treatment. Is it an immeditate down grade to the way they are feeling before Treatment or does it take a little while. I am a very strong person but when it comes to someone I am close to it is really hard for me to hold back the feeling or tears. I know that my boyfriend already doesn't feel good most of the time. He goes to work and halfway thur the day He starts to feel like crap. He comes home and goes to sleep for 2-4 hours and gets up for about 1-2 hours feeling uhh. Is there anything I can do. I tend to over compensate because I know he really doesn't feel good. Also, He said he wouldn't be able to give himself the shot that I would have to do it for him. I forgot to mention I hate neddles. The thought of one or seeing one on a movie going in to someones skin makes me want to hurl. I don't know what I can do to get past it. SOMEONE RESPOND PLEASEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!

You might check under "injecting". The topics are in alphabetical order. I was looking but will see if I can find a few threads on the topic. There is some good advise from members.
