Thank you for your post. Sure makes me feel more positive! Cheesy I started tx 3 weeks ago because I read the success rate was more than 50% for type 1. This is even better! I say within a few years they will have this thing beat.

Yup......80% that's is what I heard a while ago too.......sounds very very promising...better than 42% Smiley

 I heard and read that the 80 % is for genotypes 2 and 3.
But who knows, these drugs are still pretty young and the jury is still out.  Smiley

Hi,
I also been told by several dr's. the 80% is for 2,3.  Supposedlty 1a is the toughest to beat!

Good luck to all of you!

I'm still waiting for my next visit. This dr. wants me to do some more tests before I start.

Feeling better since I started the anti-d's........
