Been There Done That Do This! is a great introduction to to the most effective tools for overcoming dysfunction in your life. The best thing about this book is that it is  user-friendly (unlike 99% of books on this subject). I read the entire book in about an hour and a half. It was written by a guy who suffered for many years before discovering the tools outlined in the book and he is now a motivational speaker. You can check it out at www.tao3.com
Hope you guys get as much out of it as I did. The book has a bit of a cult following out here in California.

I loved this book  Cheesy
It was easy to read and comprehend and I have been using the tools for a couple of months now and they are really helpful in reducing stress. At first glance they seemed too simple to work but  I am now a believer and do not understand why these techniques are not more publicized Huh

I bought this about a year ago and using the Tea forms has really helped me get my life back together. I would recommend it to anyone who is having problems dealing with stress and anxiety in their life. It's a short book too which is nice Smiley

I also got a great deal out of using the tools in this book and primarily the TEA form exercise. I suffered from all sorts of health anxiety and this book was recommended to me by my physician and although I was leery at first the exercises have helped me deal with most of my health anxieties without having to run to my doctor at the onset of every symptom I run across, which was getting rather expensive. My doctor says they use this book in several of the support groups in his hospital ranging from hypertension to cancer groups and not just for anxiety related disorders.

I was just checking the site out to help a friend out who is suffering and noticed Bill's recomendation of this book and wanted to chime in. I bought this book three years ago and started doing the TEA form exercise in it everyday and within a couple of months my life started to turn around. I knew I had anxiety issues but never realized how much they had taken over my life and used up all my energy. Now that my anxiety is under control I feel not just happier but also have more energy than I have had in years. I would recommend this book to anyone who is under stress or dealing with anxiety.
