Hi to all.  Willy, I never noticed your last post to me back in January?  sorry!
Hope all are doing well.  I am still struggling along with small business stress.  Trying so hard to make things worse.
I was just diagnosed with fibromyalgia, most likely secondary to HCV and Thyroid disease.  I'm glad I at least validated how I was feeling.
The doctor says my liver feels teeny tiny, my weight is down because I dont eat much but actually it is at a good level.
Still trying to remember my supplements but the new doctor made me feel really good because she didnt panic about the hep and said there was no reason to do anything but just live with it.  I like it when they are at least logical and admit the sometimes failures of TX.
Anyway, hope you are all doing well and wanted to pay a visit! Smiley
Oh and I joined a fibro support group locally and am working hard on working exercise and stress management into my life.  I also am currently taking an on-line fibro course, which has been just excellent for helping with self management.  As a type I diabetic, my life is all about self management.  We're pretty much all required to do this nowadays arent we?  So the courses and group have been just wonderful for me.

Hi Natasha,
Havent heard from you in awhle, glad to "read" ya.  Grin
Got a new Dr. now huh? How is the firbro support group going and do you feel the exercising helps? I know it sure does for some things, but just wondering if it helps with the fibro.
How is your husband doing? Didnt he hurt his back awhile back? And are you still running 2 businesses? Phew! Makes me tired to think about it.  Grin
Well good to hear from you and hope you get to drop in a little more often.

Take care, Helen
