Thanks Alley
I will check out the Yoga Center.  Even for some ideas on how to modify the poses and take a true "beginner's" class.
Sometimes I need to hear things over and over  again just as a reminder.  Like I have a meditation CD that really focuses on breathing.  I was doing it before I started treatment.  Then I got caught up in the mess of what the meds did to me and it totally slipped out of my mind.  I need to dig that out.  I need it more than ever now.
I went to a naturopath, he seemed OK, but I don't know if it is just me but he seemed awfully young and I didn't get the impression that he knew a great deal about liver disease or the meds I had been on.
Not a lot of holistic practitioners in the immediate area that I know of.
Attitude, diet, and health.  I know you important they are, once did a research paper on the mind body connection and healing.
Thanks
Donna

Healing is not always cure. Nor does cure always involve healing. Healing pertains to the spirit, cure pertains to the body-mind. Healing is awakening to God and the Transcendental Domain as Love. That is what the true healer does — and is.

Healing is not a panacea for every human illness and malady. Those conditions might be cured, but that is not the same as healing. Healing removes the state of consciousness which regards illness and malady as problematic — as the basis for suffering and self-contracted emotion and behavior.
