I know you wrote this a while ago, but today is when I read it. I am always mystifyied as what draws our attention when it does, which pebble on the beach, which pencil in a cup full, but today I was drawn to yours. I hope you are still checking in to read this and all is going well. (I always wonder if I've missed something. My brain is addled much of the time.) At any rate, it gave me hope as I go through a bumpy patch, look toward the holidays with a cup of dread bringing down my sugar plum fairies a notch. Yes, someday I too will be able to take a last shot.
