Al,
It is something that people can do even when they don't have the energy to do much of anything... Smiley
I also wonder how Shawn is...maybe he'll drop by HCVanon. sometime, and let us know... Smiley

Firmly believe in the power of meditation, optimism, visualization, mantras, prayer, etc.  However, I find myself slacking off in these areas quite frequently.  I will meditate for a few days, start to feel great, then stop and start going downhill again(emotionaly, physically, and spiritually).  Great to hear you have been at it for several years now, good inspiration.  Also, you said you viral load went down, how has that been going?  I find this very interesting becuase I believe that we have more power over our bodies than most people acknowledge.  Are you familiar with chi gung or reiki?

Hey Ally-oops,

I'm doing great! Sorry it's been so long - lots has changed since I was last here? I still use meditation a lot, very effective...I also include tai chi (blue dragon method).  Still virus free after 2 years.

For those of you who didn't know me back then - my ex-wife left me after we found out I was diagnosed with Hep C. No matter...I rebounded found a new lady in 2005, got married last October and we are now expecting our first child (little boy named Noah) in November (no previous children from last marriage). Got a great new job and feel like the future is at my feet.

How are you doing? Still practicing meditation? It's a life saver!

Hi Shawn!

Great to see your post & congrats on your marriage and munchkin on the way AND happy to hear that you're still clear~

Alley still posts, but not very frequently.

Hope you're having a great weekend.

Al

PS: For Alley.... I've come to my senses and quit trying to embezzle my way to a Porsche. The karma was all wrong. All the embezzled money went into government secured bonds. I'm helping to build a better America~
