Prayers & God's Blessings

« on: November 25, 2003, 06:35:37 PM »

What a Wonderful holiday to put the brakes on the hustle & bustle of ever day and give "Thanks" with serious reflection of Blessings bestowed on ourselves and others.  I know for myself I am Grateful for an abundance of Miraculous Treasures.
The Lovingly Sensitive, Caring People I have met & interacted with here are one of those Treasures....a Family of Alive and Determined people!

I would like to wish you all a Meaningful & Happy Thanksgiving day filled with turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, etc...etc...etc...and hopefully shared with family, friends and or your HP.

Be Safe!

Happy Thanksgiving All...

Remember, as you sit with your family, and enjoy your meal, to count all those little blessings we are showered with daily...
It's hard to see them sometimes... I know this.

Here's a great quote that I came across a few days ago.

Love and peace   ~  TT

Once, when my feet were bare, and I had not the means of obtaining shoes I came to the chief of Kufah in a state of much dejection, and saw there a man who had no feet. I returned thanks to God and acknowledged his mercies, and endured my want of shoes with patience

Hi all;  Yup! wishing you all a good one too.  I've got SEVERAL PARTIES to go to.  YEAH!!  Still workin like 70 hours per week but the weather is kind of holding and my electrical should be put in sometime soon.  Then it's insulation and a warm house by the end of the year.  Much to be thankful for.  Hope you all have a great holiday.

Do remember that there are some who refer to the day as "Turkey Genocide Day." Pray you don't meet up with one...

Happy Turkey Day to all . Sat on the porch and basked in the warmth while calling relatives stuck in snow and 20 degree weather , debating on wheather to put shoes on or not. BURP!!!
