Question for our loving monitors

Hello all...have a quick question.  My daughter joined, she got an email saying she had to confirm.   She sent the email back as instructed.   When she tried to get into the site with her screen name, it will not let her enter.  Her name is listed on the membership list.  What can she do to gain the ability to get on the site as a member?  Her screen name is wxchick.

Send a PM to either Helen or Willy.  Those are the two with the power to fix the membership issues.  They have control over the inner workings around here.

I'm just logging in.  What is her membername?  Let me know so I can approve it.

Unfortunately we also get a slew of spam memberships that I also have to get rid of daily.  I'm always afraid that I'll delete off a "real" member.

Anytime a member is aware that another member friend of theirs is going to join please let an admin know.

Thanks much Willy...I am sure it is very hard to determine which is which...and it is bound to happen on occasion for sure...her screen/member name is wxchick.

oops; missed that part.  IF she is already she only needs to log in with the EXACT membername (it's CaSe sensitive) and with the exact password (you can copy and paste in the one off your confiormation.)

For instance....... I have to log in with willy; not Willy.  If I capitalize it I can't log in.

What can she do to gain the ability to get on the site as a member?  Her screen name is wxchick.

I'll check out her profile.  IF a person changes their name....they actually have the origional name (not the revised name) that they have to log in with. (checked it; it looks OK to me-Willy)
