Thanks So Much Frank!

Although I am over 1 year SVR I try to maintain a Post-TX regimen.  Was glad to see that most of what I take is listed.  Have also gotten a lot of good info from Tom's posts.

I lived in this Forum for a couple years after I was diagnosed before I started PegIntron/Riba treatment.  I come here quite often Post TX to stay up on product news.

I hope others use this Forum as much as I have and experience the same happily healthy results.

Love & Blessings..... Cool

Hey Betty,

At the recommendation of DougV and 19Dragon52/Joycie, I take a store brand (Walgreens) of Centrum Silver.  I also take a B Complex and Zinc supplement at the recommendation of my GI.

I know Lyn/Sparklegirl takes Sam-e and she swears by it.

Hi Betty,
I take Naturemaid for her 50+ ( shut up Brat!  Wink ) with no iron.

Some people do well with the Sam-e and some dont, I remember Donna (Oz) had a problem with it but cant really remember why. Maybe she'll see this and post what problem it gave her.
All you can do is try.

 Good luck, Helen  Smiley

(((Betty)))

I believe Wal*Fart's has a store brand name for Centrum Silver.  Might save you a couple buck$$$   Never tried Sam-e...seems someone I know tried it and it didn't work out for them, either.
