Had monthly call from doctor's office today.  Red cells still suck so transfusion again Friday, another 3 units.  Not really any other significant changes in labs, white counts, platelets, still down, LFT's still mildly elevated.  I get labs every two weeks sometimes once a week.  The joy and thrill of constant bruising from taking labs our of less then desirable veins is always nice.

Still feel pretty good.  And timing works out well.  My son is coming in from Orlando and he and I are headed to Atlanta for the GA. Renaissance Festival and I'll go with a fill up first.  Last year we spent about 12 hours in the sun on day one so I suspect I'll really appreciate the blood.

Doug,

You are truly one of my heros.  I hope I handle my round 2 as well as you.

I'm glad to see you're not letting it all get you down, Doug!  Good for you!
