Missy, I was wondering, how did your 12 week check look? Is your Viral Load down in numbers? Guess I am wondering because we are alot the same. I am 1b 3 grade 3 and I did not respond to the treatments the first time.
I hope I am not mistaken..... you are on your second round too right?

Hugs,
Michelle

Michelle,

You have a good memory  Grin.  I am indeed on my second round of tx.  Just did shot 19 on Tuesday.

My 12 week VL was actually pretty good.  I didn't get undie but I sure got dern close.

My starting VL was 260,000, at 4 weeks was down to like 15,700 and at week 12 I was down to 109.   As you can see I had a very low starting  viral load, it just seems to be a bit on the stubborn side. LOL.

P.S.  I was even lower when I treated the first time, starting out at a 90,000 VL.

Wow that is low. I started at 1,000,000 this time round. Last time I haven't got a clue. 12 years ago I don't know if they just didn't measure back then or if they just didn't tell me mine.

That is awesome to hear the good news. Are you feeling better with it being low or do the sides still have you feeling outta sort?

Congrates! And I am sure you will kick the last bit out. = )

Hey LM,

Bellieve it or not I did not know the stuff that I was experiencing were Hep C symptoms.   I would have occasional bouts of nausea and dry heaves, REALLY bad fatigue everyday at around 3:00 in the afternoon, and every time I had to take an Rx pain medication I would absolutely itch like mad.  Sometimes my urine would get dark but I just figured that was because I wan't drinking enough fluids.   I just passed all this stuff as quirky Missy and never gave it a second thought.  Heck, on a whole I felt fine.

So I guess I would have to say that I do feel worse since I started tx, actually since I started the first round of tx and wound up getting wacked with RA.  But ya know what, I'm still functioning every day and that is what's important.
