I looked at all of my resources, and can not find anything but advertising for the product. Before I would try it, I'd make sure that I looked at all of the ingredients to make sure they are not contra-indicated for any other health issues...
Just my 2 cents worth.

Kerry

Unfortunately there are many products that promise us relief from HCV and tx sides. As my doc said when I was researching a similar great deal - if it worked wouldn't we all jump on it, including docs.
That said, there are people who do respond well to tis type of remedy. Still, I agree with Kerry, do your research about ingredients - dosage and length of treatment. They offer deals on multiple orders - so you could need this forever. Sends up a red flag for me.
Hope you find out otherwise, but buyer beware.

I'm skeptical. First of all it is a site that exists solely for the purpose of selling a product.
It is made in China, and there have recently been issues with safety in many products from there. (remember the toy recalls this winter?)
You may also be able to buy pure botanicals locally for cheaper and mix your own. Buying miniscule amounts in gelatin caps is as expensive as buying crack. : ) By purchasing good produced at home or in bulk your cost per serving will likely be reduced at the same time possibly ensuring a safer and more pure product.
Seems like I can buy dandilion root for 20 dollars/lb locally and by ordering from a Colorado herb outfit it drops to 10 dollars per lb. The stuff in caps is many times more expensive.
The active ingredients may also be more potent in less processed products since processing can damage the ingredients as well as oxidation which follows.
These are just general principles. I know
nothing
about the product or company.
best,
Willy

Nu liver, Sounds good to me. I have taken several Chineses herbs with good results . I'm a dowser and Always dowse things before I jump in. There are several well known herbs that have been mentioned here. One is the Sho Saiko To or SST. Most are made here in the states , just because they use chinese herbs does not black ball them. I used SST several months with no side effects. I might just try some of it if I think it will work. I'll gaurantee that if it was a cure for C the doctors would never tell you it might work. I have tried to help people diyng of Cancer, chemoo and radiation, and the doctor tells them if they use Natural hebs they would not treat them any more. Of course they died shortly after that. I personally believe in herbs and trust them much more than things like chemo and the tx treatment does the same thing to your immune system as chemo. Jody13

Hi
Herbs appeal to me philosophically, but I've come to believe less is better. I tried Chinese herbs after researching them throughly. There was no reference to adverse reactions. I ending up almost poisoning myself with LFTs around 600. I was feeling really sick and thinking good thing I'm on these Chinese herbs, the hep c is getting really bad......

Jody; LFT= Liver Function Tests (LFT and AST may be among the better known). Basically it is a panel of tests taken from blood to get a general sense of how your liver is functioning. It may give an idea as to the severity of the hepatic problem but it isn't used to assess damage.
For instance; I was first warned that something wasn't right when my AST and ALT scores came in a bit high during a medical test for life insurance. On the other end of the scale doctors may see ALT's around 500-1000 during a Tylenol overdose.
Here's a little link for some info;

Hi Jody 13,
I checked into Nu Liver and the best I could get out of it is that it helps the liver function..
It said nothing about helping with Hep C virus..
I would say BUYER BEWARE!!!
Just the other day Dr. Oz was saying that putting a little olive oil on bread and eat it before your meal that it will also help with liver function..
I've been trying that ,but my liver isn't talking to me lately so I can't say for sure if it is working..
...lol...
