Thanks Joyce,

I went back and read some of your and yours posts....very interesting..

thanks for the words of encouragement.... I did feel a little sick today and I feel quite nervous , like I am waiting for the other shoe to drop!

But, I am trying hard not to borrow trouble!

gotta go into the office tomorrow and teach a couple of lessons , so I should get some idea of how this is going to work out.

{{{Bandman}}}

I hope you went far enough back to read during our TX's!  Otherwise some of those posts could look real out in the water so to speak! Grin   It is now mostly our daily goings-on and a little of this and that.

Have a Good "Teaching" week! Wink

Love..... Cool

bandman - when i had my first shot - i stared at myslf in the mirror as if i ere about to blow up or something - then i got tired and slept like a log.

It's hard to keep your mind off being apprehensive, but it really works against you to do that

You'll be great, and like Joyce said - have  a good teaching week.

Hi Bandman...congrats on having the first shot over with and whoohooo...no bad sides from it. Sounds like you and Pete are both pretty lucky in that area...so far. One thing that I found worked or helped, is better put, with the nausea was ginger ale. gingerbread or gingersnaps also tend to soothe an upset stomach. I also did a lot of frequent small snacks (usually couple of saltines) when I'd get that wave of nausea. Hope the sides stay away. Get some extra rest...you deserve it and keep your spirits high...robin

Thanks Robin,

I will try that...
it really has not been bad... just a slight wave of nausea now and then.
