Did you get in touch with your coordinator yet Robin! I ask this because. if you have dark colored urine, and intense pain going through the right side of your body, then there's something definitely going on in there... What exactly it is is something only the transplant team can eventually figure out but remember this, they may not always get the correct diagnosis the first time!!!
Not being a Doctor and all, I've stil, have been around the block a few times myself enough to know that the key symptom indicator is if you are developing a fever of at least a low grade of 101 F, and if you do have one then, get your "Spirit & Body over to the ER ASAP!!! CAPECHE?

In other words, do not wait any longer, and head straight over to the Hospital - PRONTO!!! If you don't have a fever yet, the discomfort is very real, then bug the "Blank" out of your coordinator until they get so tired of hearing your voice that they start getting the wheels in motion just so they can quiet you down!!! This is what I sued to do!!!

It always worked!!!

I apologize for being late in my response but, yesterday we just finished another session and had to give them a final exam for it so, it took a large portion of my time to put it together because, of the potential of the students getting a copy of the same segment's final exam which was given last year!!! It may be the beginnings of a slight bacterial infection which is very common for us transplant survivors being that our own immune systems are now permanently compromised due to the anti-rejection meds, and yet even to this day, I still haven't gotten used to them.

BTW, you ARE NOT A SISSY!!!! YOU ARE A FIGHTER!!! It just so happens that you're in the fight for your life!!! Also, when one is experiencing pain, one isn't expected to have their spirits so high! PAINS SUCKS BIG TIME!!!
Anywho, I hope you're feeling better.

Respectfully,
Hank
